Our process involves detailed meetings with our clients to establish their aims and the desired positioning of the company. We agree a plan on how to access institutional and retail investors, perhaps the financial media as well, and how success is to be measured.
We have a large, detailed database, as well as lots of personal contacts and experience.
We organise roadshows in the UK and continental european destinations and introduce our clients, the growth companies, to the most appropriate institutional investors.
Our contacts appreciate the access we give them to interesting growth companies. Usually the companies we work with are already listed, but not always.
